Australian Destinations

We ship using Australian Air Express, Australia Post Express Post or Registered Post to Australian Destinations.

Use the drop down box on checkout to select your shipping option. Air Express is normally the cheapest to eastern states destinations for heavier/bulky items, and Australia Post to W.A locations. The cart will default to Australian Air Express.

We will only ship goods via AAE, Express or Registered post as these services are traceable.

We will not ship by COD

There is still some fine tuning of the online shipping calculations/options being done, so if the shipping costs look incorrect, contact us for an accurate price.

International Destinations.

We are happy to ship to international destinations. And have various options available. For France/Italy/Greece/Asia we will only use registered mail services as standard air mail services have been proving un-reliable at times.

Shipping to New Zealand is quick and cheap. We can ship to NZ cheaper than many Australian Destinations for smaller items.

For USA / Canada we recommend you purchase through a local dealer. See out Links page for a list of dealers.

We encourage buying locally (where possible) from a dealer in your country for the additional product support and service you will receive.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full, and if payment is by cheque (Australia Only) goods will not ship until the cheque has cleared.

We have shipped engines and various goods all over the world, including Europe/Asia/South America/USA/New Zealand/Africa and the middle east.

Shipping Time

Goods are shipped from Western Australia, providing we have stock, and your payment has cleared you will receive the next day in most Western Australian Destinations, and 2 - 5 days to the rest of Australia.

We do not drop ship direct from China to you as with most EBay sales of this engine. We import, inspect and stock the engine locally in Australia.

Payment

We prefer Paypal for payment. You can use Paypal to pay with credit card or direct from your bank account, and the payment is instant. It costs you nothing to send payment to us via Paypal. The transaction is secure, and your credit card and bank details are not disclosed to us.

You can also pay online using credit card with "Paymate" go to www.paymate.com.au and use the payment option  to our email address sales@dlenginesaustralia.com Use your name as the reference/order number. You do not need to join or sign up to anything to use Paymate, but there is a 3% fee charged by them.

We can also accept payment by direct deposit to our Bank Account. Please email us at sales@dlenginesaustralia.com with your details and what you want to purchase. And state you want to pay by Direct Deposit. We will send you an invoice by email with our bank details. The "Print Order Form" option can also be selected at checkout, this has our bank details on it.

Payment by Australia Post money order is also acceptable, but goods will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. Payment can be posted to PO Box 2140, Bunbury Western Australia 6231. Payment must be made to "DL Engines & Hobby Australia". Please contact us and supply your details before sending payment.

You do not need to join Paypal to pay us, after confirming your order you are transferred to the Paypal site, on this Paypal payment page, click on the "continue" link to the left of screen under the "Don't have a Paypal Account?" heading, to pay without joining Paypal.
