Australian Destinations

We ship using Australian Air Express, Australia Post Express Post or Registered Post to Australian Destinations.

Use the drop down box on checkout to select your shipping option. Air Express is normally the cheapest for engines to eastern states destinations for bulky/heavy items, and Australia Post for smaller goods and to WA locations.

If using Australian Air Express, the delivery address must have someone available to sign for delivery during business hours. Otherwise non-delivery charges may apply after repeated failed delivery attempts.

A note on express post bags in Australia. We can use 500g and 3kg Express post bags. Large or long items (ie props, engines ) will not fit in these bags so express parcel post has to be used. Once the weight of the shipment is over 500g express post parcel costs often triple. To keep costs down we can ship as two separate packages if express post is needed. If you select standard post, and we work out we can send express for very close to the same price. We will ship express post, for no extra charge.

For example if you wanted 4  23x8 props, express post to eastern states will be around $25, but if you do as two seperate orders under 500g the postage will be around $8 or $16 total.

Consider using the Australian Air Express option when ordering a large amount of bulky or heavy items, it is often cheaper, or very close to express post pricing. And delivery is normally next day to most Australian locations. 

There is always some fine tuning of the shipping calculations/options being done, so if the shipping costs look incorrect, contact us for an accurate price. Or if you just want an estimate or fixed cost for shipping, send us an email with what you want. We are happy to work out exact costs for you obligation free.

If shipping costs work out to be far less than the shopping cart calculates, we will refund you the difference after processing the order.

We will not ship C.O.D

95% of  orders are posted the same day, if  payment is received before 3pm WST and the goods are in stock.

Stock levels on the website are accurate and updated daily. If for some reason and item is not available we will offer a refund or can ship back orders separate for no additional cost to Australian Destinations. 

International Destinations.

We are happy to ship to international destinations, and provide various shipping options.

We can ship regular airmail, Registered Airmail (only $6AUD more than standard air), Express Post International (Basic Tracking 4~6 day delivery worldwide), Express Courier International (Better tracking ~4 day delivery world wide), Australian Air Express International Air (advanced tracking 3 day delivery to most destinations..but expensive)

For USA / Canada we recommend you purchase through a local dealer. See our links page for a list of dealers.

We encourage buying locally (where possible) from a dealer in your country for the additional product support and service you will receive.

For France/Italy/Greece/Asia/Spain we will only use registered mail services as standard air mail services have been proving un-reliable at times.

Shipping to New Zealand is quick and cheap. We can ship to NZ cheaper than many Australian Destinations for smaller items.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full, and if payment is by cheque (Australia Only) goods will not ship until the cheque has cleared.

We have shipped engines and various goods all over the world, including Europe/UK/Asia/South America/USA/New Zealand/Africa and the middle east.

Sometimes international shipments will be delayed by 24~48 hours, as we have to post in person with identification at the local post office.

We are not responsible for customs charges/tax/duties that may be payable in your own country.

Delivery Times

Goods are shipped from Western Australia the same day of order, providing we have stock, and your payment has cleared before 3pm. You will generally receive engines within 2 days to most Western Australian Destinations, and 2 - 5 days to the rest of Australia. Australian Air Express in normally next day to most cities and major regional centres if shipped before midday WA time. Sometimes 3 days to more remote locations.

We do not drop ship from China to you.  We import, inspect and stock our goods locally in Australia ready to ship.

International shipping times depend on destination. UK / USA / NZ are normally pretty quick whereas Spain/Africa/Malaysia can take 28 or more days if standard post options are used. Please contact us for more info on shipping options for your country. We are happy to help where we can.

We will insist on using registered post services for Asia, Spain, Italy, Greece, France and Africa and some other places where we have found items to be delayed by many weeks or not delivered at all. If a registered postage service is not used, we cannot be held liable for non delivery, but will assist where we can to locate any missing items. It will be at our discretion to offer refund/replacement in these situations.
