Shipments are are made upon the receipt of payment in full for all products ordered (provided they are in stock) and related freight charges. For Items that are not in stock, Clients will be given the option of partial shipping where one or more goods of the total order are on back order.

Whilst every effort is made to keep displayed prices current, Prices may differ from actual price at time of sale.

We reserve the right to update listed prices without notice.

DL Engines and Hobby Australia and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any injury, damage or financial loss caused to the customer or third parties, directly or indirectly through the use of any product purchased. We highly recommend that people new to the sport join an MAAA registered club for the purposes of tuition and insurance..

Returns & Refunds

We will happily replace faulty goods and pay for postage costs of shipping the replacement goods within a reasonable time frame of the purchase date.

The customer must notify DL ENGINES & HOBBY Australia immediately if a product is delivered faulty or damaged

Under certain circumstances we may offer a refund if required

We will not refund for goods purchased because you have changed your mind or simply no longer need the product.

Please choose carefully, you alone are responsible for determining if a product suitable for your intended use of the product.
If you are un-sure if a product is suitable please contact us so we can help you with your decision, we are happy to help!

For goods with no fault a refund if granted will at maximum be the purchase price less any finance, transaction fees and shipping charges incurred by us to deliver the goods to the customer.

If a refund is granted the goods must be returned in the original packaging by a pre paid registered delivery service, in new/as received condition. 

We will not accept items returned COD or receiver pay. Return freight costs are to be paid for by  the purchaser

We may also at our discretion charge a 15% re-stocking fee for goods determined not to be faulty or malfunctioning or give the option to return goods back to the customer at their cost.

Payment for refund  will not be made until the goods have been returned to DL Engines & Hobby Australia in complete and original condition.
